Do you ever have one of those weeks that you wish that you could just erase? Insert last past week. I generally keep it together for the most part, but it felt like the wheels fell off over the last few days. I had an unpleasant exchange with a neighbor who took issue to my group exercise classes that are held in my garage, my new puppy GG was sick and nearly died (she us 100% of now), and some family issues reared their ugly head… when it rains it pours. This week was a reminder that even when someone seems put together, they may be falling apart. My advice to myself and to others is to regroup, throw on a little lipstick, lean on your friends, and focus on the good because even when the storm is upon us, there is always light. I am a FIRM believer in accepting the things that you cannot change, changing the things that you can, and having the wisdom to know the difference. Luckily, the week is ending better than it started with a fun girls night and the upcoming homecoming dance for my girls this weekend. Whew, is this too heavy?
