Happy almost Oct., I have no idea what happened to September! It as been so warm here with the exception of a few days that I am not feeling fall-ish at all. My wardrobe and house say fall but the weather says otherwise… You guys were loving everything having to do with shoes, boots, and booties this month along with some great denim and a few shackets mixed in to the top 12 sellers. Like I always say, basics are best and make the most sense as investment pieces. Let’s chat about and take a look at your September faves below…
Clothing
These under $60 Risen black denim jeans were also a top seller. They are coming in and out of stock daily so keep checking back, they are tts for me in a. 27. Can we also give this cardigan a shout out, love!
Another favorite item over the past few months has been these adorable Cornell Hidden Wedge High Top Sneakers. The price point is fantastic and they are absolutely about as versatile as they come, these are true to size for me.
If you have yet to try the 90s style denim trend, the Abercrombie and Fitch 90s Low Rise Baggy Jeans a fantastic place to start. Size down 1 size in this style, I was able to size down to a 4/27 in these and absolutely love the fit.
When sell out items from the Nordstrom anniversary real restock, they generally fly off the shelves quickly! These Ab-Solution High Waist Raw Hem Slim Jeans are $50 and have an internal elastic waist and booty lifting technology, what could be better than that! These run tts.
That’s absolutely gorgeous Teddy Sherpa jacket from J. Crew was another favorite on the blog this month. It is made so well and is a true classic. This has been on sale on and off at different price points, but in my opinion is absolutely worth the full price tag. This can be dressed up or dressed down and will be a closet staple for years to come. I am in the xs.
Urgh, you guys… this Zella “Amazing Crewneck Sweatshirt” is just about the softest thing that I have felt in a long time plus, it HAS POCKETS, and is on sale! This is slightly longer in length and is just plain dreamy. Size up if in between sizes for a comfy cozy fit.
Shoes
These Sorel Boots were the #1 seller in September by a land slide. They are more than 50% off and are available in several colors. These are the grand daddy of snow boots, and if you live where the weather gets nasty, these are a non negotiable must have item (size up to the nest whole size if in between sizes)!
If you live somewhere where the weather gets cold and nasty in the winter, you are likely a Sorel lover. This new Sorel Women’s Out ‘N About III Plus Lace Waterproof Suede Sneaker was released this season and I am obsessed, as are HMS readers. The sneaker is waterproof, warm, and comfortable. The under $100 price point is a fantastic value for the quality, I sized up .5 to a 9 in this shoe.
The Huey Studded Booties have been a hit with all of you for several months. They are incredibly comfortable, easy to slip on and off, and the details cannot be beat. Available in three colors and jut plain adorable, tts for me.
Not after long after discovering the new design Sorel sneaker, I also came across these new Sorel Women’s Out ‘N About III Waterproof Leather & Suede Winter Boots that have been redesigned this season as well. They are a little bit higher than the older version of the out and about boot and are easy to slip on and off. I prefer the boot in a size up so that I can layer them with thick socks.
Thanks for checking out what was hot this past month, leave me a note and let me know what you would like to see on the blog in October!
