I was able to head to my local Nordstrom recently and try on some of the items included in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! I wore these jeans for my try on session because they are included this year in this sale and are my #1 jean pick of ALL TIME. They are incredibly comfortable, are affordable, and are all around so good! I wear these tts for me in a size 27. I received my online order and am thrilled with all of the selections!

Below is a round up of the items that made the cut for me during this sale. Most of my picks are on the casual/every day wear side because, in all reality, I do not envision getting out as much as usual this coming year. Right now, comfort is key!
These Earrings are half during this sale and are gorgeous! I always wear stud earrings so these were a no brainer for me! This necklace is not a part of the sale but is finally back in stock. I have had this for several years and it is by FAR my favorite statement necklace!
My shoe picks for this sale include the Elisa Genuine Shearling Booties (the best Uggs as they slip on so easily and are fully lined, size up .5), the Tory Burch Leigh Slide Sandals (these ran very wide for me, they are tts but better suited for wide feet), the Vince Camuto Gradina Block Heel Booties (by FAR my favorite bootie, they are tts, are comfortable and easy to slip on) , the Gentle Souls Carter Booties (I bought these 2 years ago during the sale and LOVE them, tts), the Caslon Aidy Water Resistant Wedge Sneakers (I have these in 2 colors, they are a great basic and are water resistant, size up .5), and the Linea Paolo Felicia Wedge Booties (mine are from last season, the hidden wedge is leg elongating and they are very comfortable and tts).
One more shoe that is a great value during thus sale are these Asics GEL-Kayano 26 Running Shoes. These are great for running, the gym, and everyday wear and are $60 off during this sale. I sized up .5 to a 9 and they fit perfect and have amazing cushioning and support.
Next up are these my picks from Zella. I got the Zella Washed Organic Cotton Ankle Joggers and the Zella Restore Soft Pocket Leggings and both are going to be worn on repeat this year. The leggings are incredibly soft and thick enough to keep you warm, and the cut of the joggers is both flattering and on trend. Both the zebra print Zella hoodie and the pink Zella Hoodie are made from a thick material and are soft and cozy. The Zella Glacier Furry Fleece Quarter Zip Jacket is like butter, is under $50, and is the perfect item to keep you cozy all year long! I am wearing a small in all 5 items which is very true to size for me.
This Rails plaid top was a splurge for me but I cannot stand a flannel that is not soft! I purchased this in a small but could have gone up 1 size, the fabric is all kinds of dreamy!
This fun $18 tee might just be my motto going forward, “Roses are Pink, Make me a Drink!” How could I resist? Wearing a small with plenty of room!
Cardigans are always a hit during this sale. My top 2 picks for cardigans are both perfect for Fall weather and the colors are vibrant and seasonal. I sized down to an xs in the burnt orange BP Open Stitched cardigan, this is such a great value at around $30, I have this in several colors and they last for years! The Caslon Open Front Cardigan was my top choice for color block stripes. I just love the hues for Fall, that it includes pink, and that it has pockets! I sized down to an xs in this as well. This cardigan is also available in several other colors and patterns.
These Caslon Utility pants were a purchase from last season and are included in the sale this year. I LOVE the cut and feel of these and that they have a little stretch! They fit me tts in a 4 . This white top is not a part of the sale but was a recent purchase that I wanted to share with you because it is so \versatile and has just the right amount of detail! The Free People sweater as seen in the 2nd photo is just plain GOOD! Colors have been coming in and out of stock but it is a must have #nsale item for Fall (I am wearing the xs)!
This Caslon utility jacket is one of my top picks. The fabric is super soft, there is an interior cinch giving it a tailored look, and the hood is removable. I love both colors but ended up going with the camo and pink, I am wearing the small.
This North Face jacket was one of my finds last year during the #nsale and is available again this year in 3 colors! I have used it a TON, it’s funny how often you actually need a rain coat! The side ruching make this a flattering fit and it covers the rear, which I love. I am wearing this tts in a small, this is a great value! (comm link)
Oh man, I cannot believe that I skipped over this Gibson top on the website when previewing the #nsale, it is a 100% winner (wearing an xs)!!! I plan on wearing this during the Holiday season on repeat. It is made from the softest material EVER and is both flattering and SO comfortable! Leave it up to Gibson to get it 100% right! The Spanx leggings are on sale during the #nsale and are one of the best basics I own (wearing a medium)! (comm links)
One of my favorite items that I have discovered over the past year is this Gibson Norched Collar Cotton Blend Blazer. It is incredibly soft, comfortable, and so is flattering. Is it UNDER $50 during this sale and the value cannot be beat (wearing the small)!!!
This Rib Bishop Sleeve Surplice Sweater was not on my radar at all but I LOVE it and ordered this in 2 colors. It is incredibly soft, is so flattering, and will be great for the holidays. I honestly cannot recommend this more, it is less than $30 and amazing! I am wearing this tts is a small.
These pajamas are my top sleep wear pick from the sale. They come in both a short and a long sleeved version and are so soft. These wash and wear very well and last for years. I have several pair of these and cannot say enough good things about them! I wear these in a small with plenty of room. My Articles os Society jeans are included in this sale for the 1st time and are my #1 jean pick of all time. They look and feel like $200 jeans are are priced at under $50, they are well worth every penny (wearing these tts ina. 27)!
This Zella fleece in as soft as a babies bottom and is perfect in every way. The trim is the prettiest rose pink and the length is great. I am wearing this tts in the small.
Next up is this North Face Full Length Jacket. This is the warmest jacket made by The North Face and is available in 3 colors. The value on this coat is fantastic during this sale and the longevity of this staple item is unparalleled.
This North Face Transit Down Coat is a mid length and covers the rear. It is extremely warm and a nice option if you do not want your coat to be too bulky. This fits tts, I am wearing the small.

This faux fur jacket is always a favorite! I bought last years version of this coat and wore it every time we went out and a ton over the Holidays. It is so soft and plush, perfect for dressing up, and a great statement piece! This is tts in a small for me.
This twisted front top by Gibson is always a favorite of mine. The fabric is crazy soft, the twist front is such a cute style, and the length is great for leggings. This top is available in several colors, I do size down to an xs as this runs large.

I am always a sucker for cardigans during this sale. When I saw this color block cardigan and this striped cardigan by Madewell I knew that they were both big winners! These are both very soft and the colors are incredible for Fall. I did size down to an xs in both sweaters as they run on the big side.
This textured cardigan by Cotton Emporium was another pleasant surprise! It is the perfect neutral, classic piece to add to your wardrobe. I love the detail and it is very soft, no itch factor here. I am wearing this tts in a small.
Barefoot Dreams cardigans are an absolute must have item during this sale! These are the softest item that you may ever own. If you want to feel like you are wrapped up in the dreamiest blanket ever, you need a BFD cardigan. I own a few of these in solid colors so decided to add this fun patterned version to my wardrobe. I size down to an xs in these sweaters but a small works for me as well.

Activewear is my favorite thing to shop for during this sale. Zella is generally my favorite brand because I love it and it rarely goes on sale! These leggings are like butter and are new style for this year. The tummy control is amazing and the seaming is very flattering. I was SO impressed with this sports bra as well, the details are adorable, it is supportive, and so fun! I am wearing both items in a small.
These Zella joggers are another great find. These are very soft and the waist band is adjustable, these are one of those items that I grab for time after time! Wearing these tts in a small, I could probably have even done an xs.
This Zella set caught my eye because of the fun pattern. This sports bra has great coverage and works for both small and large chests. These leggings have great stomach control and amazing compression. I am wearing the leggings in a small as well as the top but would be more comfortable in a size medium in the top.
These Vince Camuto booties were my #1 shoe pick! I was a little unsure about the shape of the toe but I LOVED them on! They are not too high, have such a cool look, are a great deal during the sale, and are available in 5 color/prints. I am wearing these tts in an 8.5.
My top picks for accessories include this Madwell Tote and Madewell Clutch. I love the classic cognac brown color and stripes in fall hues. These will match so much and are just plain adorable!
This sale really is the best sale of the year! A little retail therapy can go a long way, treat yourself to something new, this has been a challenging year to say the least!
