Simply click “add to wishlist” on any preview item and it will be saved in your bag for checkout when you are eligible to shop. Depending on your Nordstrom “Status” (see the dates below), you will be able to move your wishlist items to your cart and check out on the date that you are eligible. My strategy for this sale, and what I would suggest to you, is to buy a few “fun things” for Fall but to remember that this is the best time to stock up on year around essentials such as work wear, athletic wear, outerwear, premium denim, shoes and boots, and pajamas and undergarments. The prices that you see at this sale are the best that you will see all year, so even though it is technically summer, shift your mind to fall thinking when shopping this sale!

I am breaking down my picks by category below. This sale (almost) gets me excited for changing temps and back to school looks, but once my order arrives, I will be back to full summer mode until the bitter end! The first category that I always cover is shoes because the deals during this sale are the best of the year! I love seeing the new styles in boots and booties as well as scoring great deals on athletic shoes and everyday staple items.

As a midwesterner outerwear is naturally a huge part of my and my wardrobe. I have rounded up my top outerwear picks for casual and dressy looks, as well as for cold and moderate weather.

Accessories:

This sale is a great time to buy a new purse, a wallet, a pair of sunglasses, staple jewelry items, or a great work bag. The prices on these items rarely seen this low and the styles are perfect for Fall. My top picks on these are classic staple items that will last for years!

Athletic/Athleisure Wear:

Especially over the past few years, athletic and lounge wear has become a wardrobe staple for so may of us. Athletic wear can be styled in so many ways and can easily be worn outside of the gym or your home. Now is a great time to stock up on athleisure and workout staples.

Pajamas, Lounge and Intimates:

Who doesn’t love a great new pair (or 2!) of pajamas? I always grab new sets during this sale as well as necessities such as bras and underwear, do NOT miss the True Bralettes, they are life changing.

I absolutely get giddy about the home items during this sale. Think plush new blankets, high end sheets and bedding for less, and swoon worthy accessories. This category makes for great Holiday gifts for the upcoming year!
