The #NSALE is OPEN to EVERYONE!

The #NSALE is now open to the public meaning that you can shop the sale without a Nordstrom card! I was able to visit my local store last weekend and try on and check out the goods (being in Nordstrom before the store was open was like Disney world for me), but I still think that shopping online is your best bet because a lot of the merchandise that is available online was not present in my local store. I was most impressed with the active wear as it is what fits my lifestyle best at this stage in life and the selection is SO good! Can we say Spanx for the win? I cannot believe how much I am obsessed with the active leggings and shorts, they are incredible! The biggest surprise find at the store for me was the Spanx joggers, I would never have looked twice at them online, but man, talk about sexy meets comfortable… #sold. The Sweaty Betty Sports Bra (medium) is paired here with the Spanx Booty Boost Active 7/8 Leggings which are one of my best finds. They have a 100% seam free waist with an internal smoothing panel and could not be more comfortable and flattering (tts in a small). The Spanx Get Moving Shorts are equally as good in that they have bike shorts built in for a smooth look and flattering fit (tts, small). Both of these items will be worn again and again year round.

The Sweaty Betty Sports Bra (wearing medium) is awesome for support. I cannot recommend all of these Sweaty Betty leggings more, the compression is amazing and they hold you in and smooth you out (tts, wearing small).

The Zella Live In High Hight Waist leggings have been a favorite of mine for years (tts, small) and I always grab a new pair during the sale. The Zella Live In High Waist Pocket Bike Shorts are a new release item this season and are a great fit and feel. If you are into the bike short trend, these are a must have item. Both bottoms are paired with the Sweaty Betty Stamina Longline Sports Bra which is a great length for high waisted pants and shorts and is such a comfy fit (wearing medium).

North Face is always a good idea! The North Face Acropolis Water Repellent 550 Fill Power Down Parka is as warm as they come. I am in a small with plenty of room, this is running on the big side. The North Face Pardee Water Repellent Heatseeker™ Insulated Jacket is thin, yet very warm and great for running around on the daily (wearing small).

The Madewell Kent Colorblock Cardigan has been a favorite year after year and is back in this new color combo which is gorgeous for fall (wearing xs). The Madewell Bobble Cardigan cardigan on the right is my favorite! I have it in cream and wear it a TON. The sleeve detail is adorable and it is such a classic piece for day or evening (wearing xs). Both of these sweaters are paired with the Paige Skyline Ankle Cigarettte Jeans (wearing 27), they are a great fit and have a nice mid rise and gorgeous blue hue.

The Blank NYC Quilted Hooded Jacket on the left is a favorite on mine, I have it in pale pink and am now crushing on this olive green (wear ing small). It is uber soft and this new version is hooded, dreamy. The North Face Osito Fleece is always a favorite, it’s as soft as a babies bottom and I am loving the new pink (wearing a small but would size up to a medium for a more roomy fit)!

Shacket or no shacket, that is the question? … I vote for this Thread and Supply shacket because it is lined in the the softest cotton knit, has pockets, and is a neutral plaid (wearing small). Yep, love. The jacket on the right is a favorite year after year, my girls are obsessed with this Wubby fleece (runs big, wearing xs).

Okay ladies, Zella for the win. It’s the lounge pants for me! All three pair of these pants are softer than soft and MUST have items (wearing small in all 3 pair). The wide leg pants are a new release this year and are oh so good! This Zella sweatshirt is much softer than the previous versions and is oversized (I am in the xs). The Zella twist front tank is a steal at under $20 and also is running big (wearing xs), the mix and match possibilities here are limitless!

Denim is always a good idea! The jeans on the left are the AG Farrah Skinny jeans and have been a favorite of mine for years. The fabric is butter soft and the cut is perfect (wearing a 27). The Wit and Wisdon Ab-Solution High Waist Raw Hem Slim Jeans are by FAR my #1 DENIM PICK from the sale!!! They are amazing! they have a regular button and zipper but an elastic waist band and are just SO GOOD, did I mention the booty lifting technology, amen. Wear the size 4.

I just might end up with this Off the Shoulder Thermal Knit Top in every color, I love the east look of this and the soft waffle knit material (wearing xs). The SHOW STOPPER of this sale is the Spanx Faux Leather Joggers! If you are a fan of the Spanx leggings, these are a must have item! they are sooooo comfy and flattering, I LOVE them. Hello Holiday season, I am ready for ya (wearing small).
